• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes
• Content that facilitates fraud, scams, or identity theft
• Malware, phishing content, or tools designed for unauthorized access to systems
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of individuals
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated content generation for deceptive purposes

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to bypass safety filters or content moderation
• Using the Service for unauthorized surveillance or data collection
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract AI model weights
• Impersonating NORTHSTAR.AI, its staff, or other users

Safety Monitoring

NORTHSTAR.AI employs automated safety systems that detect and flag potentially harmful content. When a safety trigger is activated, the event is logged for human review. Flagged content is reviewed by our team — we do not use automated bans. If a violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action including warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

Reporting Violations

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: a warning and request to cease the behavior, temporary suspension of your account, permanent termination of your account, or reporting to law enforcement where required by law (e.g., CSAM). The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations.
