You may cancel your NORTHSTAR.AI subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan for the remainder of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with NORTHSTAR.AI, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 3 days of a renewal charge. Refund requests made after this 3-day window will not be honored.
To request a refund, contact us at support@iamnorthstar.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If you upgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades.
If NORTHSTAR.AI experiences a prolonged service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours), affected subscribers may request a prorated credit for the downtime period by contacting support.
